From the design process to material sourcing and production, we always choose options that minimize waste and guarantee sustainable designs.. Machine wash (capacity 8 kg or more) separately using a delicate program, max 30ºC. Do not use a washing machine with a central centrifuge/agitator, as this may damage the carpet. Use a mild detergent and do not use fabric softener or bleach. Select a low spin speed if the carpet has braids, bangs or tassels. Do not leave damp carpets in the washing machine, as colors may bleed or stain. Machine-dry at low temperature. Avoid drying in the sun. Don't be alarmed if lint appears, as these are residual fibers produced by cutting the cotton. We recommend regular vacuum cleaning, using a low-power vacuum mode and a long-hair setting. Do not use a beater bar or any other rotating accessory that could damage the bristles. If you find long or loose wires, cut them with a pair of scissors. Do not pull on the wires.. Refunds

If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
